Medical costs are rising in the United States. And with a very large number of young Americans being diagnosed with diabetes in the last year, thats a lot of people that were not expecting a diagnosis like that. Realistically, alot of times a young person will not have great insurance. This either means that they have an enormous co-pay or that they carry no insurance at all. Both are detrimental actions if you need medication and testing supplies.

There are companies that specialize in testing supplies for the diabetic and offer them at wholesale rates. That is a viable answer for many of us less than insured people. You can find supplies at up to 60% off retail at places like this. Some of the items you may find yourself in need of are things like diabetic test strips, and the One Touch Ultra Mini Meter which is a nice piece of equipment according to my friend Dennis.
