Yoga

Bikram Yoga is known also as “hot yoga” for obvious reasons. This style of yoga was founded by a man named Bikram Choudhury. Bikram yoga should be performed in a room heated to 105 degress. The humidity in the room should be approximately forty percent. It consists of 2 separate breathing exercises. They are accompanied by a special dialogue and 26 yoga postures.
You can expect a session to last about an hour and a half. They are open to all people, from all backgrounds, any age. You will find yourself among people who are very advanced, and first timers alike.
With temperatures akin to India’s own climate, Bikram Yoga is considered by many to be the most intense yoga “flavor” and assuredly a good workout. I recommend it to anyone serious about fitness and health.
