A carnie drove his car into a telephone pole and blamed his friends in the backseat because they were having sex. Joshua Frank was driving in Idaho when the couple starting going at it.
Frank said they were going at it so hard, it was making the SUV unstable. The swaying made his truck “tippy”.
After a while he lost control and crashed.He received a minor head injury.
Frank plead guilty to failing to notify officers of a crash, and paid 94 dollars.
